Executive Order 13D; Conditions of Employment
Prior to extending an offer of employment (or entering into a contract for in-person services) MUST require that any covered worker is:
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19; or
  • Has received the first dose and has an appointment for the second dose or has received all doses but is still within 14 day post-vaccination period OR;
  • Is exempt from the requirement and has provided proof of the exemption.
