Position Overview

We are expanding our Operating Partner network.

This is not a salaried W-2 role. Operating Partners operate under the Initio Capital umbrella with access to our proprietary OS platforms, venture-backed deal flow, brand infrastructure, and back-office support.

You bring deep domain expertise.
We provide the platform, projects, and operating leverage.

This role is ideal for experienced operators, consultants, or fractional executives who want to scale their advisory practice without cold outreach or operational overhead.


What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Operating Partner, you will:

โ€ข Advise venture-backed companies in your area of expertise
โ€ข Lead strategic engagements across capital, growth, product, hiring, finance, or operations
โ€ข Deliver structured outcomes using Initioโ€™s proprietary OS platforms
โ€ข Work directly with founders and executive teams
โ€ข Structure advisory engagements (cash, equity, hybrid)
โ€ข Build long-term recurring revenue relationships within the venture ecosystem

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking Operating Partners who:

โ€ข Have 8+ years of executive or operator experience
โ€ข Have worked with venture-backed or high-growth startups
โ€ข Specialize in capital raising, GTM, product, hiring, finance, legal, or systems
โ€ข Have led measurable growth outcomes
โ€ข Want to scale an advisory or fractional practice
โ€ข Prefer leverage over solo consulting

Bonus if you have:
โ€ข Prior founder or C-suite experience
โ€ข Raised venture capital
โ€ข Built and exited companies
โ€ข Strong network within venture ecosystem


Compensation Structure

Operating Partners license into the Venture Kit platform.

Quarterly License: $6,000 per quarter
(Equivalent to $2,000/month โ€” annual option available)

Includes full platform access and ongoing project flow.

There is no cap on earnings. Partners set their rates and can structure cash, equity, or hybrid engagements.
