Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 3 years of Restaurant Leadership experience (including P&L, labor percentages, food cost, etc.)
  • Chick-fil-A Director experience (required)
  • Proven track record of developing other leaders
  • Open availability across all shifts (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Desire to grow with Chick-fil-A and lead with servant-hearted values
