Who You Are:

Tribble Electric is looking for an Executive Business Partner to join our team! This is not a narrow role. It is the person who becomes an extension of the Executive Vice President (EVP), running the details, and turning vision into action across the business. One day you are prepping for a leadership meeting and managing a packed calendar. If you love variety, take real ownership, and want to help build something, this is your seat.

What You’ll Do:

  • Executive support for the EVP, including calendar, travel, inbox triage, meeting prep, and follow through.
  • Office coordination that keeps our team running smoothly as we grow .
  • Support the execution of marketing, branding, and community engagement initiatives, providing direction and coordination across internal and external partners.
  • Special projects tied to our growth, including the brand rollout, process improvements, and whatever moves the business forward.
  • Being a trusted, discreet, and steady presence for the EVP and the wider team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Communication or Marketing degree preferred, but not required
  • Five or more years blending executive support with marketing, communications, or office management, ideally in a growing company
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow through
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment, and quick to take initiative
  • Skilled at practical marketing, including social media, simple design tools like Canva, clear writing, and vendor coordination
  • Warm, professional, and genuine
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Bonus: experience in construction, trades, or another relationship driven, in person business

What We Offer:

Tribble Electric offers a wide range of employee benefits, including:

  • 100% employer-paid health coverage options through United Healthcare
  • 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%, with Roth and Traditional options
  • Generous pay scale and company vehicle provided for eligible positions
  • Paid time off starting day one
  • Tuition reimbursement and paid apprenticeship programs
  • Career advancement pathways and leadership development opportunities
  • Dental, vision, and FSA plans
  • Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and family support
  • Scholarship opportunities for employees and dependents
  • Employee discounts on Woodfin services
  • A family-oriented, team-first culture that values work/life balance

Not everyone may fulfill all the requirements listed here.  If you possess the necessary skills but are unsure about your background, please don’t hesitate to apply.  We welcome your application and are eager to explore the opportunity with you.  We’re constantly seeking individuals who can contribute to our company’s growth and success.

At Tribble Electric, we’re dedicated to creating a respectful and inclusive workplace.  We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer and don’t discriminate based on various factors, including race, religion, gender, age, or disability.  Our employment decisions are solely based on merit, competence, performance, and business requirements, ensuring fairness and equal opportunities for all.
