In the role of Sr. Director Quality Food Safety working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Brewing, Innovation, and Quality Food Safety (QFS) Leadership team.  You will be tasked with driving QFS transformation across the supply chain from Suppliers to Consumers, and by providing strategic direction and vision to, and support for all aspects of Quality Assurance from Raw Material procurement to the consumer. 

It is critical for this leader to develop a “Best in Class” Quality Management System, with governance components include planning, development and implementation for Food Safety and Quality certifications for all Molson Coors sites and co-man network. 

In addition to these certifications this role will lead the integration of World Class Supply Chain principles into our Quality Management System.  This position shall also serve as a developmental role for other key Supply Chain executive positions.

This position reports to the VP Brewing, Innovation, Quality Food Safety and works closely with the Supply Chain and Brewery Operations Leadership teams. 

 

What you’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 5-10 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Ensure the Quality team is motivated, focused, and current with industry development to ensure that the organization is viewed as a market leader with respect to quality.
  • Ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality products through the provision of, and compliance to, product and process specifications and standards. 
  • Provision and maintenance of supply chain standards: Audits against these standards, driving corrective action, data interpretation and information generation,
  • Provide QFS strategy and direction in supporting growth through brand strength, building markets and going to market with discipline.
  • Provide QA leadership and direction for all stakeholders in the supply chain, including suppliers, breweries, logistics and distribution, sales and marketing, distributors, retailers and consumers.  Leads team through problem identification and resolution.  Quality liaison with suppliers, manufacturers, sales and marketing, distributors, retail and consumers. 
  • Provides data interpretation and information generation for key stakeholders, including CSCO.
  • Support manufacturing sites with QFS Pillar, technical expertise, problem solving abilities, analytical and sensory services. 
  • Drive analytical, microbiological and sensory excellence. 
  • Ensure technical compliance, with specific reference to process design and optimization.
  • Ensure standardization and consistency

  • You can demonstrate knowledge of FDA, TTB and other, emerging regulatory requirements

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$171,700.00 - $225,400.00 (posting salary range) + 30target short term incentive +  target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
