Description 1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for an in office Executive Assistant to CEO located in Great Falls, MT. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and we know that all starts with our employees. Responsibilities Supporting high level job activities of the President/CEO. Responsible for general clerical – correspondence, monthly meeting reports, minutes, documentation, research, data bases, office supplies, mailing/packages, copying and various filing. Responsible for credit union contracts, mortgage appraisals, security procedures/documents, branch reports, some equipment and file maintenance, travel arrangements and problem solving. Backup to others in department. Requirements Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D., Business degree, comparable education and/or a minimum of 1 year clerical or office manager experience. Must have exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to process both inbound and outbound communications. Must be detail-oriented, self-driven and professional. Must have proven critical thinking, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize job responsibilities and duties. Must be flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities as well as being a team player. Knowledge of or ability to quickly acquire, familiarize self with the roles and functions of the assigned duties and responsibilities and overall credit union organization. Ability to look for efficiencies within department or within work duties. Prefer an individual with basic knowledge of general accounting and billing and be able to apply principles to assigned responsibilities. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be proficient with a variety of automated and standard office equipment and Microsoft Office programs, such as, 10 Key Calculator, copier, word, excel and PowerPoint.
