This role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding Kody's presence within the hospitality industry by offering innovative payment and point-of-sale solutions tailored to hotel businesses.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. You'll work directly with hotel owners, operators, and leadership teams who are actively rethinking how their businesses run - helping them move away from outdated systems and adopt technology designed for modern hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Building and managing a pipeline of new hospitality prospects by conducting needs assessments and delivering compelling product presentations to hotel management and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and maintain knowledge of competitive products and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Benefits
  • Lead a dynamic and innovative team in a very rapidly growing company.
  • Equity options available.
  • Competitive salary, commission and benefits package.
  • Collaborative, inclusive environment where your contributions are recognised and valued.
