About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development & Customer Success professional to join our growing team. This role will focus on building relationships and driving adoption across healthcare systems, nursing schools, simulation centers, and training organizations. You'll be at the intersection of sales, education, and technology, representing a transformative platform that's redefining healthcare learning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, universities, and healthcare training programs.
  • Drive new business through outreach, presentations, and partnerships with nurse educators, simulation directors, and training administrators.
  • Lead the customer journey from first engagement through successful implementation and ongoing account growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities.
  • Represent OrchestrateXR at industry conferences, trade shows, and simulation education events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasting.

Qualifications
  • Clinical background preferred, RN or experience in nursing or nursing education.
  • Proven experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems, especially to nurse educators or simulation labs.
  • Experience working within or alongside Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong network and existing contacts in healthcare education or simulation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and client meetings.
  • Prior experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or simulation software is highly desirable.
