Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, (MD or DO)
Qualifications:
  • Must have successfully completed medical training at a (4) four year accredited medical school and received a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.) Doctoral Degree.
  • Completed successfully a residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Board-Certified
  • Current license with the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board of Medical Examiners.
  • Current CPR certification required.
