Job description

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

In this role, you will enhance ASI's business growth by identifying and executing upgrade opportunities within our existing client base. This will be achieved through the strategic promotion and sales of ASI's products and services to both prospective and current members.

The Account Executive will report to the Director, Distributor Sales. You will be integrated into our distributor sales department, collaborating with a team of highly motivated sales professionals.

Your responsibilities will include targeting specific prospect and existing customer segments to meet and exceed sales objectives. We seek a candidate who is driven, client-focused, and possesses exceptional communication skills.

Expected total compensation of $95,000 - $105,000 with a base of $60,000 - $70,000. Individual pay within the range will be based on rolerelated experience, education, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to upgrade clients to higher-tier plans, additional services, or expanded product offerings based on their evolving needs.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client goals, showcasing the value of upgraded solutions.
  • Maintains sales activity goals, using strategies including cold calling and emailing, social media outreach, content marketing, lead generation tools, etc.
  • Responding timely to customer requests for information and utilizes sales skills to increase customer's base value. ย 
  • Handling ASI customer inquiries and questions to appropriate resolution.
  • Following prescribed sales presentations and demonstrations with accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Highschool/ GED required.
  • 2 years of business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Proficiency in using various sales and marketing technologies, such as CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), Microsoft programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong communications, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong skills in digital communication, including email outreach, virtual meetings, and webinars.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools as they become available.
