How you Will Contribute:

  • Define and execute the digital product strategy for online distribution, embedded insurance, and customer self-service

  • Drive improvements in conversion rates through UX optimization, pricing transparency, and journey simplification

  • Leverage data and experimentation (A/B testing) to continuously optimize performance

  • Develop and scale digital servicing capabilities (e.g., policy changes, renewals, claims FNOL, document access)

  • Reduce manual intervention and cost-to-serve through automation and intuitive customer journeys

  • Ensure seamless integration between digital and broker-assisted channels

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery, design, build, launch, iterate)

  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned to commercial outcomes

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams using agile methodologies

  • Enable integration with carrier APIs, digital trading platforms, and third-party ecosystems

  • Support embedded insurance and partnership-led distribution models

  • Ensure products are scalable, modular, and aligned to enterprise architecture

  • Embed data, analytics, and customer insights into all product decisions

  • Define and track product KPIs (conversion, CAC, retention, NPS, cost-to-serve)

  • Partner with data science and BI teams to enable personalization and intelligent journeys

  • Champion customer-centric design and best-in-class digital experiences

  • Ensure journeys are simple, intuitive, and aligned to customer needs across segments

  • Balance regulatory requirements with seamless user experience

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital product managers

Skills and Experience to be Successful:

  • 12+ years in digital product management, with significant leadership experience

  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital products for online sales & self-service

  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and commercial outcomes

  • Deep understanding of digital product lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies

  • Experience with digital distribution models (direct-to-consumer, embedded, platform-based)
