Our client is a full service Point of Care (POC) Management Company headquartered in Pleasanton, California with team members dispersed throughout the United States.


We are looking for motivated "Hunters" with proven track records in DME, Biotech, Pharma and/or Ortho sales to join our growing sales team. The ideal person will have a clinical background and experience in outside sales. This position in home based and you will be required to travel in your defined territory. You will report directly to the Regional VP of Sales.


Our line of products and services include: Dispensary services, Pharmacy installation, OTC medications, and more!

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:ย 


  • You serve as the primary sales contact representing the company to physicians' offices, orthopedic clinics, and other medical practices

  • You will Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and key decision makers within the practices

  • You'll meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

  • You should have the ability to execute current marketing strategies and initiatives

  • You can manage your territory budget and ensure timely expense management

  • You ensure all pricing and contracts are in line with company policies

  • You will maintain accurate customer profiles and provide new customer data/sales data into company database

  • You will maintain a high level of communication with the corporate sales team and Account Managers
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years medical sales experience with pharmaceutical, DME, or biotech sales in a 1099 role

  • You should have prior relationships in Orthopedic, Pain Management, Physical Medicine, Rehab, Neurology, Urgent Care Offices and have a documented track record of successful sales and a top performance in those previous accounts

  • Experience with CRM applications - Salesforce.com experience a plus

  • Strong social, written, and relationship skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, nursing or related field preferred

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
