This is a Full-time DELIVERY FOOT COURIER position with Delivery One LLC (the "Company") delivering packages to customers!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Job Description

Must meet the following requirements

  • Must be at least 18+ years old*
  • Must hold [a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license OR unexpired state-issued identification
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation*
  • Must consent to a drug screening
  • Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers*
  • Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone

Delivery Associates / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle at all times.*
  • Use a smartphone device for routing information, and customer delivery information.*
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.*
  • Must be comfortable walking and working within a 5-10 block radius in varying weather conditions.*
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on
  • various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered*
