Job Title

Location of work: 401 N EXECUTIVE DR, Brookfield

Onsite 100% at customer site. Primary day to day: Desktop support at corporate location. Top two required skills that candidates must have: Customer services and administration (paperwork, case notes, etc).

Looking for 3-5 years desktop support experience.

Nice to have: CompTIA A+, skills desk stop support, remote desktop team work. Great customer service skills, listen vs. talks, good note taker, follows process, asked good solid questions.

Schedule is Monday – Friday, little chance of OT. No call. Hours are somewhat flexible. 8-5 is a good start.

Train/metro reimbursement, parking when they need to go to Milwaukee. 75% they will work out of Brookfield.
