What you'll do:
  • Become a foremost expert in an internal cutting edge Warehouse management and shop floor software that acts as a conduit for our ERP solutions
  • Aid implementation, training, and ongoing support of our internal systems, empowering end users, including floor operators, supervisors, production planners or buyers and plant leadership, to work efficiently and confidently with the tools that drive our operations.
  • Champion the standardized deployment of corporate-approved software and hardware, ensuring every site benefits from consistent, reliable, and high-quality technology implementation.
  • Engage in dynamic domestic and international travel, approximately 50-75%, to support high-impact projects, system installations, and on-site implementations across our global operations
  • Install and configure hardware and software, including barcode scanners and related systems. -- search
  • Provide training to end users on software and hardware functionality.
  • Work with cross functional IT teams to resolve issues and perform internal system upgrades
  • Establish strong working relationships with plant management and quality managers to assist in manufacturing process tracking.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, communication excellence, and strong troubleshooting capabilities in both software and hardware environments.
  • Work with SQL databases to provide actionable data to key stakeholders

We need you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field; OR an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Experience providing end-user training-ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic PC hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently, with a team, and across levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% (domestic and international) and obtain a U.S. Passport.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience with handheld barcode scanners a plus.
  • Secondary language a plus.
