We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our St. Cloud office and play a key role in driving growth through new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships.
About the Role
This is a hybrid sales role combining new business development with account growth and relationship management.
You'll be responsible for:
• Generating new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
• Building and expanding relationships within your assigned territory
• Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored technology solutions
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintaining pipeline activity and forecasts in CRM
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue target
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in technology, MSP, or SaaS sales preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and relationship-focused
Work Environment
• Local travel to meet with clients and attend events
