Job description

At Mast Solutions Inc., we offer a comprehensive line of chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the professional car wash industry. As the face of our business, you'll do more than just deliver products-you'll build real value by recommending advanced cleaning programs and solutions that help provide cleaner, dryer, and shinier cars.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales and service for assigned customer accounts
  • Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating Mast Solutions' value to the customer and in turn growing sales
  • Deliver all orders and invoice for all services on-site
  • Ensure customers' chemical operations are functional and teams are properly trained
  • Perform emergency services, equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and assist with installations
  • Control costs within your territory and provide service or cost analysis reports as needed

Qualifications:
  • Customer relationship building experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to use a computer and working knowledge of Excel
  • Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
