  • Own the executive and equity compensation benchmarking process using Radford and peer group analysis.
  • Translate market data into defensible pay recommendations for review by the Director of Equity & Executive Compensation.
  • Build and maintain compensation tally sheets, pay versus performance models, and total compensation analyses for the executive population.
  • Prepare Compensation Committee materials, including meeting decks, pre-reads, and follow-up actions across a 4-6 meeting annual cadence.
  • Support the preparation of the annual proxy statement, including the Compensation Discussion and Analysis, executive compensation tables, and pay versus performance disclosure.
  • Contribute to the Directors Remuneration Policy and Directors Remuneration Report in line with UK regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements and ISS and Glass Lewis guidelines.

  • Support the design and iteration of Nscale's equity programs.
  • Lead the development of equity grant guidelines, eligibility frameworks, and vesting structures for the broad-based employee population.
  • Own the annual equity refresh cycle, including budget modeling, grant recommendations, and equity target-setting across levels and geographies.
  • Partner with the broader Compensation team to ensure consistency between executive and employee equity programs.
  • Work with stock administration to ensure program design decisions are operationally executable.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support equity program design, compensation scenario planning, and executive pay decisions.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for executive hiring, offer construction, termination packages, and change of control scenarios.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to People Partners, Finance, Legal, and senior business stakeholders on executive compensation and equity matters.
  • Translate complex compensation and equity data into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Support sensitive executive compensation conversations with analytical input into executive-level reward decisions.
About You
  • Significant experience working specifically in executive compensation
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or multinational environment
  • Direct hands-on experience within a US listed public company environment
  • Proven exposure to SEC disclosure requirements, proxy preparation, and Compensation Committee processes
  • Experience supporting proxy disclosure, including CD&A drafting, executive compensation tables, and pay versus performance analysis
  • Deep technical knowledge of executive pay design, including LTI mechanics, annual incentive design, and equity structures including RSU transitions
  • Strong benchmarking expertise using Radford or equivalent executive compensation surveys
  • Experience designing or managing broad-based equity programs, including annual refresh cycles and equity target-setting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability with strong analytical acumen
  • Confidence operating as a senior individual contributor who can own complex workstreams independently and influence without direct authority
  • Exposure to UK listed company requirements, including directors remuneration reporting, is a strong advantage
  • High attention to detail, a strong governance mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills in a fast-evolving environment
