Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group is seeking a Consultant/Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our partners to deliver executive coaching, leadership development, and assessment‑based consulting for a wide range of business clients.

🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Deliver executive coaching and leadership development services
  • Facilitate leadership training sessions and group workshops
  • Support succession planning and talent management engagements
  • Conduct assessments and provide data‑driven insights to clients
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and partners on client projects
