Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO. This role requires strong administrative skills, exceptional communication, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is confident supporting executive-level functions and thrives in a mission-driven, growth-focused environment.
A deep understanding of Asian culture and community perspectives is highly valued, as this role will help represent the Center and engage with its target audience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with event logistics, including speaking engagements, workshops, and donor-facing events
  • Support the creation of presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks) and event collateral
  • Track and post content across social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn engagement
  • Support communication, outreach, and community engagement related to the Asian Leadership Center
  • Provide tech assistance and troubleshoot basic issues during meetings and events
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and project workflows

Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident with technology (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Zoom, LinkedIn)
  • Clear and professional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn posting/analytics preferred
  • Experience with events, outreach, or community engagement is a plus
  • Cultural awareness and comfort working closely with Asian professionals and communities

  • Part-time to start, with potential expansion to full-time
