Job description

Sales Operations Case Manager
AICA Orthopedics • Marietta, GA • On-Site • $58K-$70K + bonus
Ideal for PI case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants ready to move to the provider side
If you've been managing PI cases at a law firm - as a case manager, paralegal, or legal assistant - you already know most of what this role requires. The difference is you'd be doing it from the provider side, embedded in our sales department, working directly with account managers and sales leadership across 21 Atlanta locations.
What You'll Do
Case Management - Primary Focus
Own PI case workflows from intake through resolution
Keep records complete, compliant, and audit-ready
Advance stalled cases with attorney offices and insurance carriers
Coordinate complex cases across clinical, legal, and revenue teams
Sales Operations Support
Keep the sales team moving - data accuracy across Salesforce, NextGen, and ECM so billing and collections are never blocked
Pull and distribute operational reports for sales leadership - accurate, on schedule
Identify and resolve workflow gaps before they affect the team's revenue outcomes
Document processes as the sales function scales
Executive Support - Transitional (First 90-120 Days)
Calendar management, meeting coordination, and briefing prep for EVP of Growth
Draft internal and external correspondence on behalf of the EVP
This component diminishes as the function scales
What We're Looking For
Required
2+ years PI or medical case management - law firm, provider, or revenue cycle
CRM and case management system proficiency - Salesforce, NextGen, ECM, or comparable
Strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment
Clear communicator across legal, clinical, and sales teams
Preferred
Experience on both the provider and legal sides of PI
Familiarity with liens, settlement processes, and attorney collections
Revenue cycle, sales operations, or healthcare operations background
Who This Is For
A PI firm case manager, paralegal, or legal assistant ready to cross to the provider side - and interested in working inside a sales organization with direct exposure to revenue strategy and leadership. Or a healthcare case manager ready for a broader operational role with a sales team. Either way - your PI case experience is the foundation. This role grows with you.
Why AICA
$58,000-$70,000 + KPI bonus
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
Embedded in the sales team - direct exposure to revenue strategy and sales leadership
Real growth path as the sales operations function scales
21 locations • 400+ team members • 25 years in Atlanta
