  • 1โ€“3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2C or high-touch sales experience is ideal).
  • Exceptional communication skillsโ€”you can simplify complex ideas and build instant trust.
  • A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped earning motivation.
  • Proficiency in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline.
  • A bonus, but not a requirement: Experience or passion for the legal, family law, or immigration fields.
