Requirements
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements (Customize Per Role)
  • Check guests in and out during overnight hours
  • Handle late arrivals, walk-ins, and early departures
  • Respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies
  • Answer phones and manage reservations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance if needed
  • Monitor lobby activity and ensure guest safety and security
  • Balance and reconcile:
    • Room revenue
    • Cash, credit card, and digital payments
  • Verify all transactions posted to guest accounts
  • Ensure all departments (front desk, restaurant, bar, spa, etc.) have posted charges correctly
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (management/executive roles)
