POSITION SUMMARY
As a Sales Development Representative at VibeIQ, you will be an outbound-focused driver of our top of funnel pipeline. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and qualifying net new prospects to fuel our Account Executive team's growth targets. You'll work out of our Boston office, located right next to TD Garden, home of the Celtics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Research, identify, and prioritize target accounts and key contacts within our Enterprise customer segments.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target accounts.
  • Craft and execute personalized outreach sequences that resonate with prospective customers' business challenges.
  • Qualify outbound leads against defined criteria, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, share market feedback, and align on account strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer facing role; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  • A self-starter mentality with the resilience and persistence to work through objections and rejection.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach while staying detail oriented.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, or similar).
  • Ability to work in an on-site model from our Boston office.
  • Past experience working in a dynamic startup culture is preferred, but not required.
  • Interest in the consumer goods or retail industry is preferred, but not required.
