The opportunity
Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring full-time Premium Service Account Executives to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts supporting both the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics. As a Premium Service Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our premium clients throughout the year. Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $54,600 - $73,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of BGS member accounts, providing white-glove service and timely solutions
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, in-person engagement, and personalized touchpoints
  • Manage all aspects of the BGS member experience, including ticketing requests, event access, amenity fulfillment, and game day hospitality
  • Assist with renewal and retention strategies for a portfolio of premium accounts, leveraging strong business acumen to cultivate long-term client relationships, negotiate with C-level executives and key decision-makers, and identify opportunities to maximize account growth, member satisfaction, and revenue retention
  • Represent the BGS service team at all home games, concerts, and premium events-ensuring all clients receive top-tier service and support
  • Support planning and execution of exclusive member events throughout the calendar year
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage account activity, update client records, and track service interactions
  • Serve on project teams and cross-departmental initiatives that drive business growth, enhance operational processes, and shape the future of premium hospitality and live entertainment experiences

More about you
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, sports management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, hospitality, and/or premium ticketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure, event-based environments
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, etc.) preferred
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
