Summary:

The Group Sales Account Executive will be directly responsible for driving revenue by selling, servicing, and renewing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including youth organizations, basketball programs, community organizations, colleges and alumni associations, and companies. This role is responsible for building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for all group clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically sell group tickets and on-court experiences including Primetimes, Kids Tunnels, and Anthem Buddies
  • Drive revenue through the sale of single-game premium suite rentals across Celtics and Bruins games, arena concerts, and other live events
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets, sales goals, and productivity metrics
  • Identify and pursue referral, renewal, and upsell opportunities with assigned clients
  • Manage day-to-day communications with assigned clients while maintaining accurate and detailed accounts and activity records in Salesforce & Archtics
  • Deliver proactive, high-touch service that strengthens client relationships and converts one-time purchases into recurring annual programs
  • Support clients with all account service needs, including mobile ticketing, event-day logistics, on-court waivers, arrival instructions, and credentialing
  • Create memorable client experiences by coordinating and executing pre-game, in-game, post-game, and non-gameday group assets and events
  • Generate new business through strategic prospecting, internet research, targeted lead lists, ZoomInfo, and other sales intelligence tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and related experience
  • At least one year of experience in ticket sales, sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Proven customer service experience, including sound judgment, responsibility, and effective problem solving
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving individual and department goals
  • Flexibility to work extended and nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

The expected range of annual salary/hourly rate and potential commission, if applicable, is included below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this/these range(s) will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market and industry considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, performance, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employeeโ€™s/applicantโ€™s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Hourly Rate Range: $15.38 - $16.35 per hour

Potential Annual Commission: $30,000
