Job description

CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION

Job Description:

In the role of Sales Executive, you willbe responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develop and implement agreed upon Business Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area assigned. You will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Some of the responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain relationships with existing client base in collaboration with escrow officers and management
  • Openness and willingness to lead and support associate sales efforts on all levels
  • Identifies and converts qualified prospects to new customers to augment client base
  • Lead Escrow offices and Escrow teams using consultative sales approach, bolstering business where/when needed
  • Participate in Regional/Divisional collaboration calls and efforts with intent to contribute and lead Associate Sales Executives and other Sales Executives when possible and appropriate
  • Using a consultative sales approach, analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of title products to fulfill such requirements
  • Prepare yearly business plans and/or other status reports as required by management
  • Work in alignment with sales management and the National Marketing team to contribute new marketing strategies when possible and appropriate
  • Present title and closing production procedures, administrative product information and demonstrations to clients
  • Obtains and records detailed client profiles useful in the delivery of services to the client
  • Conducts post-closing interviews to determine quality of services being delivered
  • Maintains high visibility in real estate community by representing the company at social/business functions; including but not limited to golf tournaments, industry meetings or seminars, real estate conventions, and through personal involvement in service groups and business organizations
  • Maintains strict client confidentiality
  • Exhibits a courteous, business-like manner and professional demeanor
