Overview
The Associate Account Executive will manage tactical execution and administrative projects to support marketing programs and the client services team with deliverables required for client requests and internal processes and documentations. This individual will serve as a contact with internal client services teams and have some client interactions to help maintain positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Support the client services team with projects and operational tasks associated with all marketing programs for our client.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal agency teams, partner agencies and clients at appropriate levels.
  • Possess knowledge and status of all work in progress and team processes.
  • Assist in the generation of required tracking documentation that supports the business and maintain program reporting and other client-specific spreadsheets to aid team processes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a highly organized and detail-oriented manner, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Examples of Duties:
  • Assists in execution of projects, operational tasks and monitors progress to ensure timely, accurate delivery of deliverables
  • Monitors quality control procedures and revises as necessary
  • Works with the production teams to ensure accuracy and quality of email and printed materials. Reviews and approves proofs and sign offs.
  • Coordinates project billing.
  • Assists in routing materials to obtain approvals.
  • Review and approve creative proofs to ensure accuracy, branding and client expectations are met.
  • Track and save revisions, approval and feedback throughout the creative process.

Qualifications
Background/Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Marketing and/or agency experience. Applicable internship experience will be considered.
  • Direct Mail and Email Marketing background preferred.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise.
  • Proven track record in execution of detailed projects and ability to demonstrate critical decision-making skills.
  • Experience with agency administrative roles and processes a plus
  • Highly organized and quick learner who can follow processes and manage multiple daily requests.
  • Familiarity with maintaining a project against a set process and timeline.

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $50,900.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
