** An accomplished Personal Assistant is sought to support a high-profile principal and busy family office in Birmingham, Michigan. Office is based within the family’s home. This is a fast-paced, full-time, on-site position requiring a polished professional who thrives in a confidential, ever-changing environment.**

** The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience supporting C-suite executives or ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with a proven ability to manage complex calendars (G Suite), oversee demanding inboxes, coordinate luxury domestic and international travel, and handle a wide range of personal, household, and philanthropic responsibilities. Candidates with a high-end hospitality background and comparable experience will also be considered.**

** Success in this role requires outstanding computer skills, impeccable discretion, outstanding organizational and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities.
