Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Holly Springs, NC

Ready to put your maintenance skills to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated commercial environment? We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, keeping equipment running, and making an impact every day.

If you have experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food manufacturing, or another regulated industry, along with a strong mechanical background, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment

  • Troubleshoot HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, power systems, and building controls

  • Complete general building maintenance including plumbing, lighting repairs, basic electrical work, and carpentry

  • Escort and coordinate vendors performing specialized maintenance and repairs

  • Conduct facility inspections and proactively identify maintenance issues

  • Move equipment, furniture, and materials as needed

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and support a safe, compliant facility

  • Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and emergency response

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience

  • EPA certification required

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food manufacturing, or another regulated environment preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, plumbing, and basic electrical systems

  • Experience performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting building equipment

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
