Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant


Berenson Cancer Center is one of the only outpatient medical clinics devoted exclusively to multiple myeloma cancer treatment and research. Led by world-renowned oncologist and researcher, James R. Berenson, MD. Berenson Cancer Center is a pioneer in creating cutting-edge treatments for patients with myeloma and associated blood cancers. This clinic is located near Beverly Hills in the Sunset Medical Tower in West Hollywood, California, USA.

To thrive/succeed as the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, you should have:        

  • 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Detail oriented with excellent proactive organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical proficiency including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Energy and initiative to assist in improving and streamlining processes.

Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will include:        

  • Manage complex executive and personal scheduling, including calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination for the executive and family.
  • Coordinate administrative operations by handling communications, processing documentation, managing personal finances and bill payments, and collaborating with accounting and internal teams.
  • Support fundraising, nonprofit, and community initiatives through donor communications, event logistics, meeting minutes, and donor recognition projects.
  • Organize and facilitate professional activities, including lectures, research paper submissions, pharmaceutical/biotech meetings, and cross-functional support for multiple affiliated companies.
  • Improve operational efficiency by leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, manage special projects, and provide high-level executive support across a wide range of responsibilities.
