Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive – Innovative Technology Company

$110,000-120,000 DOE + Bonus Eligible + Great Benefits

A dynamic, innovative tech company is seeking a highly proactive and "big-picture" Executive Assistant to support one of their C-Suite Executives with lighter support to two additional Executives.

This is a position for a critical thinker who thrives in a true thought partner role, partnering with an innovative executive. Based in a creative West Village office, you will join a high-growth, collaborative environment where the EA team is a central pillar of the firm’s daily success.

Onsite (5 days/week) Hours: 8:45am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Manage the C-suite executive’s day/time with precision—organizing agendas, providing updates, and ensuring all materials are prepped (and printed) in advance.
  • Proactive "Managing Up": Anticipate needs before they arise, from routing the team’s daily priorities to organizing lunch during back-to-back meeting blocks.
  • Talent & Culture Support: Coordinate initiatives including offsite events, team merch orders, and tracking strategic goals and service anniversaries.
  • Complex Logistics: Handle heavy calendar management and travel coordination for the three executives, often across multiple time zones.
  • Confidential Liaison: Maintain the highest level of discretion while handling sensitive information related to global people strategy and business scaling.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with high-priority interview scheduling and T&E for the team as they scale the organization.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 4+ years of executive-level support, specifically within a tech, startup, or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Extremely resourceful with technology (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and capable of navigating new systems with ease.
  • Communication Style: A proactive, independent thinker who can communicate cross-functionally with other EAs and executives to "connect the dots" firm-wide.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous regarding preferences and small details that ensure an executive’s day runs flawlessly.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, positive, outgoing, and extremely professional
