What are Executive Assistants (EAs)?

Executive Assistants (EAs) are highly skilled administrative professionals who provide support to executives, managers, or other high-level staff within an organization. Their responsibilities often include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. EAs act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring efficient communication and workflow for their executive. Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior executives often encounter challenges such as managing constantly shifting priorities, handling confidential information, and coordinating complex schedules across multiple stakeholders. To thrive as an Executive Assistant, you need excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, typically supported by a background in business administration or related experience.
