Job description

The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as assistant to Oakland Integrated Healthcare Networks' incoming CEO. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing the CEO's schedule Communicating on behalf of the CEO to staff, board members and partner agencies Generating reports for the CEO Special projects Answering phones Assisting other management staff as delegated by the CEO Required skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office Experience in healthcare administration College degree or equivalent experience is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
