Responsibilities for an Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
Provide high-level administrative support to an AVP, including complex calendar management and scheduling.
Serve as a key point of contact for the Florida field sales team, responding to inquiries and providing timely support.
Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare and edit business communications, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates for Executive Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum 3 years of sr administrative or executive support experience.
Proven experience managing complex executive calendars for senior leadership.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
