The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the organization at the executive and senior management level within the walls of Franciscan Health. This specialized assistant provides leadership and special project planning of both a routine and special nature. This position requires the coordination of executive level schedules to accommodate meetings, functions, and internal department events. This position acts as liaison between departments to facilitate communication at the executive level.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Act as liaison between the President and senior management/corporate and regional staff, government agencies, hospital employees.
  • Coordinate and complete office functions, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
  • Manage a master meeting calendar, and provide the appropriate communication and coordination for meeting attendees.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives,, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate Degree in Business/Secretarial Preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • 5 Years Senior Support Experience Required
