Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dependable Area Manager to join our team! As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the operations of several stores. You will ensure the success of the stores by setting sales goals, supervising store managers, and managing and enabling efficient operations. 

Responsibilities 
  • Develop business plans and strategies to ensure the long-term success of the company
  • Set standards, goals, and objectives for the various stores and departments within the company
  • Provide store managers with the necessary information and resources to collaborate effectively and attain goals
  • Coach store managers in company sales efforts, techniques, and other approaches to attract and retain guests
  • Create sound financial management processes to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
  • Report to senior executives on performance and issues
Qualifications
  • Three years of demonstrated experience in management (area manager, store manager, assistant manager, or similar)
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
