About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Sr. MS Exchange Administrator to join us. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Exchange Online, including resolving complex messaging system issues and managing vendor case interactions.
  • Research, recommend, and implement cutting-edge email security solutions to enhance system performance and safeguard enterprise messaging infrastructure.
  • Develop advanced PowerShell and other approved scripts to automate complex tasks and ensure efficient messaging system administration.
  • Act as a primary liaison with vendors and other OCIO technical experts for enterprise email and messaging system issues, ensuring swift problem resolution.
  • Administer and maintain infrastructure components, including identity integration with Active Directory and mobile device systems, ensuring alignment with CDC's security and operational standards.
  • Lead the integration of messaging systems with CDC's enterprise collaboration tools and oversee compliance with organizational security and operational policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive security documentation and configuration records, ensuring alignment with current messaging technologies and organizational requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and team development
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.
  • 5-7 Years of experience
