    • Maintain a professional, helpful demeanor when assisting staff under stressful technical circumstances.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Information Technology (we are willing to train the right candidate on our specific software stack).

  • Technical Foundation:

    • Solid understanding of MS Windows, Linux, and VMWare.

    • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls).

    • Exposure to Acumatica or similar ERP systems.

    • Basic knowledge of Google Cloud (GCP) or AWS.

    • Experience with RMM tools (NinjaOne) or EDR platforms (SentinelOne).

  • Soft Skills: Outstanding diagnostic skills, a self-directed work ethic, and strong verbal/written communication.

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Company-paid Life Insurance & Employee-paid Life Insurance
