Description:
• Working knowledge of AWS would be advantageous
• Understanding of Remote Desktop Protocols (RDP) and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Looking for a collaborative, team player who is motivated and detail oriented
• Good communication skills follow through, and time management is a must
• Customer support mentality in an internal customer role (our employees are our customers)
• Ability to react to urgent requests from a 24x7 support line
• Other administrative task as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience: 4+ Years
• Candidate should have sound technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and support experience in the following:
• Laptop support: imaging, break fix, domain administration, and software installation
• Desktop Support: Windows 8.0 Pro, Windows 8.1 Pro, and Windows 10 Pro
• Server Support: Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.7
• Vendor Management: coordinating outages, managing support, escalating issues, and assisting in invoice disputes
• Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, hosted exchange, and file shares
• Advanced knowledge around MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Networking (LAN, WAN, WiFi), Firewall, and Domain Controllers
Preferred Background:
• Managing Sophos VPN
• Windows Active Directory
• Strong Microsoft Exchange Server experience
• Setting up laptops and other devices for consultants.
• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, WINS, IIS, and FTP
• Administration of Antivirus software (MacAfee, Symantec, etc.)
• Desired Skills: Windows, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, MS Outlook, MS Office, Networking.
