Job Title: Executive Vice President of Operations
Job Description:
As the Executive Vice President of Operations in the construction industry, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and tactical support to ensure the successful execution of projects, the optimization of resources, and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals. Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and competitive advantage.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational functions, including project management, construction operations, supply chain management, logistics, and quality control. Implement best practices, performance metrics, and quality standards to optimize operational efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance project delivery timelines and outcomes.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to support project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
