Program Manager โ€“ Academy Strategy, Governance & CIPS Programs

IProLoop Academy is the capability-development division of IProLoop LLC, focused on professional procurement and supply chain development for corporate employees.


Our Academy combines structured learning pathways, CIPS-focused qualification programs, exam preparation, practical procurement experience, corporate cohorts, and leadership development.

As we establish and scale IProLoop Academy in the United States, we are looking for a Program Manager โ€“ Academy Strategy, Governance & CIPS Programs to take a central role in building the operational and strategic foundation of the Academy in Raleigh.


This is not a traditional course administration position.


The successful candidate will combine program leadership, strategic development, governance, quality management, stakeholder coordination, and commercial execution in close coordination with the Head of Institute and the Director Programs EU to ensure consistent academic standards, program quality, governance, and alignment between the U.S. and European Academy activities.



Your Responsibilities


  • Develop and coordinate CIPS-focused courses, exam preparation programs, corporate cohorts, and professional learning formats
  • Manage course calendars, trainers, learning materials, participant communication, and program quality
  • Support Academy strategy, governance, standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Head of Institute and Director Programs EU on program structure, quality standards, curriculum alignment, and future program development
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team on course launches, campaigns, webinars, events, and enrollment activities
  • Support corporate clients with tailored procurement and supply chain learning programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, trainers, and Academy leadership
  • Track enrollment, participant satisfaction, program performance, and revenue


Your Profile


  • Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Education Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, professional education, procurement, supply chain, L&D, strategy, or governance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing and Sales
  • CIPS knowledge or procurement / supply chain experience is highly desirable
