This is not a traditional course administration position.

The successful candidate will combine program leadership, strategic development, governance, quality management, stakeholder coordination, and commercial execution in close coordination with the Head of Institute and the Director Programs EU to ensure consistent academic standards, program quality, governance, and alignment between the U.S. and European Academy activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate CIPS-focused courses, exam preparation programs, corporate cohorts, and professional learning formats
  • Manage course calendars, trainers, learning materials, participant communication, and program quality

  • Work closely with the Head of Institute and Director Programs EU on program structure, quality standards, curriculum alignment, and future program development
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team on course launches, campaigns, webinars, events, and enrollment activities
  • Support corporate clients with tailored procurement and supply chain learning programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, trainers, and Academy leadership
  • Track enrollment, participant satisfaction, program performance, and revenue

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Education Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, professional education, procurement, supply chain, L&D, strategy, or governance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing and Sales
  • CIPS knowledge or procurement / supply chain experience is highly desirable

What We Offer

An opportunity to play an active role in building the U.S. platform of IProLoop Academy while collaborating with our international Academy leadership.

You will contribute directly to program development, strategy, governance, quality, and market growth and help create a scalable Academy model connecting the U.S. and European operations.
