Professional and Continuing Education is looking for an energetic and organized Event Coordinator Assistant to provide support staff in the Professional and Continuing Education unit that supports the coordination of noncredit training and events in multiple formats (in-person, hybrid, and online). In this job, your duties will include assisting with testing equipment needed for training, day-of setup, and running general errands to aid the outreach program manager or other members of the team. This position will also assist the program managers by helping out with administrative tasks associated with different programs within the unit.
Duties and Responsibilities


Organize event documentation
Equipment setup and testing
Assist with the setup and teardown of events
Answering phone calls
Assisting with enrollment and reporting of workforce development participants
Other office duties as assigned
