Title of Position: Event & Sales Manager


Job Description: As the Event & Sales Manager, you will serve as the main contact for all event inquiries, overseeing the full life cycle of private dining and special events with a dedication to exceptional service. Drawing on your experience as an Event & Sales Manager, you’ll leverage negotiation skills to up-sell and secure bookings, consistently converting inquiries into loyal, returning clients. You will execute seamless events from initial menu selection through to final thank-you notes, while driving revenue targets for private bookings, partnerships, and high-profile ticketed events such as St. Patrick’s Day, Super Bowl, and New Year’s Eve. The Event & Sales Manager will lead sales and business development by creating outreach strategies, attending networking events, working with planners, and building strong local relationships. You will execute targeted sales plans, manage inquiries efficiently for high conversion, and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will oversee each event’s operations and administration—including menu curation, entertainment, decor, onsite management, and detailed administrative work in TripleSeat—while ensuring accuracy with templates, pricing, and inventories. The Event & Sales Manager personalizes the guest experience through timely follow-ups, thank-you communications, and feedback requests to achieve high satisfaction and future business.

Qualifications:


· Proven experience in hospitality sales, event management, or a related role within the casual theme or full-service dining sector.


· Familiarity with event management software (TripleSeat preferred) and CRM tools.


· Strong negotiation capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


· Flexibility to work onsite during events as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
