About the Role

The Sales & Events Manager owns the full sales cycle for private dining and group events—prospecting, qualifying, closing, and executing business. This role is equal parts strategic sales driver and client experience leader, responsible for generating new revenue, maximizing existing opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution from initial inquiry through event completion.

You will serve as the primary client contact while partnering cross-functionally with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to bring each event to life at the highest level.

What You’ll DoDrive Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads for private dining, group events, and full restaurant buyouts
  • Own and consistently exceed individual revenue goals and performance metrics
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, including outbound prospecting, networking, and market development within the Las Vegas hospitality landscape
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through partnerships with corporate clients, hotel concierges, DMCs, convention groups, and local influencers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell menus, enhancements, and experiences to maximize event revenue
  • Cultivate repeat business and long-term client relationships
Lead Event Sales & Client Experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact from inquiry through execution
  • Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts aligned with client needs and business goals
  • Guide clients through menu curation, event design, and overall experience planning
  • Deliver a high-touch, responsive, and detail-oriented client experience throughout
Own Event Planning & Coordination
  • Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and all supporting documentation
  • Oversee all event logistics including timelines, floorplans, and vendor coordination
  • Partner closely with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
  • Maintain accuracy and organization across all event details and systems
Support Execution & Operational Excellence
  • Provide onsite leadership for large-scale events and restaurant buyouts as needed
  • Partner with service teams to ensure flawless execution and adherence to plan
  • Act as a calm, solutions-oriented presence to address client needs in real time
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Align with culinary and beverage teams on seasonal offerings and event enhancements
  • Coordinate with operations on staffing, flow, and execution strategy
  • Participate in BEO and planning meetings to ensure seamless communication across teams
Manage Administrative & Financial Performance
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and event management systems
  • Partner with accounting on deposits, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue results
Represent the Brand
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at networking events, industry functions, and community engagements
  • Partner with marketing on outreach strategies, promotions, and database growth
  • Consistently uphold the standards and reputation of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group
What We’re Looking ForExperience
  • 3–5+ years in event sales, catering sales, or luxury hospitality sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through execution
  • Experience in Las Vegas or a comparable high-volume hospitality market strongly preferred
