Your Role
As a member of the Event Services team, you will be at the heart of unforgettable experiences. You will support a wide variety of events across dynamic venues, serving as a frontline ambassador for guests attending concerts, conventions, special events, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking guest bags upon arrival
  • Provide ticket taking services
  • Assist people in finding their destination and answer any questions they may have
  • Greeting guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Ensure safety of the guests and venue
  • Responsible for money handling. Previous experience required
  • Monitoring and directing parking and traffic

Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Nevada PILB license (or ability to obtain) preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is a must.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Have a professional attitude and appearance.
