Primary Job Duties:

ย ย  Making phone calls and answering questions about setting up events at locations

ย ย  Complete reservation bookings per script and booking guidelines

ย ย  Email corporate clients about setting up events at their stores

ย ย  Greeting and assisting all walk-in inquiries

ย ย  Being knowledgeable of all aspects of the event set up and answering questions accordingly

ย ย  Maintaining logs accurately

ย ย  Calling past events and trying to get them to rebook.

ย ย  Communicating with staff about special needs of clients

ย ย  Maintaining cleanliness of the event

ย ย  Understanding the cash out process and having the ability to properly cash out an event

ย ย  Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager

ย ย  Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
