Job description

The Epic Group is a global hospitality company specializing in nightlife and tourism experiences. Our division, LA Epic Club Crawls, is a top-rated nightlife brand operating in major party destinations like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Nashville, and New Orleans. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven, and people-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Las Vegas office.

This role is perfect for someone has excellent customer service skills, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys creating order out of chaos.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service by managing phone, email, and online inquiries (Messenger, web chat, social DMs).
  • Coordinate with venues nationwide to ensure smooth communication for weekly events.
  • Assist with private crawl bookings—scheduling calls, answering questions, preparing invoices.
  • Organize and prepare tour packs, wristbands, and other event materials.
  • Track and maintain logs for uniforms, tour packs, and inventory.
  • Support event staff teams across all cities as needed.
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks that keep daily operations running.

Requirements

  • A natural knack for organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service mindset—friendly, patient, and professional.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior admin/office experience is helpful but not required—we value mindset and work ethic most.

Schedule

  • Part-time, approx 30-35 hours a week, Tuesday through Saturday work week.
