We are currently searching for an Events Manager who excels at delivering results and creating luxury experiences. This role manages the planning, coordination, and execution of retail sales across all events, including Retail Events, Archive Sales, and Corporate Gifting programs, in alignment with annual revenue objectives. The Event Manager is responsible for bringing the KREWE brand to life through high-impact events and experiences across markets. The Events Manager supports and executes operations at every stage of event production and activation. This individual has strong attention to detail, is flexible and able to pivot as needed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoys travel.
This role requires minimum 70% travel, and otherwise will be based in our New Orleans Headquarters. The Events Manager upholds KREWE's Core Values and Code of Conduct at all times, including during work-related travel.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Execute and drive sales across all events, including Retail Events, Archive Sales, and Corporate Gifting programs
  • Support all phases of event execution, including sales, planning, operations, travel, client servicing, and administrative processes
  • Achieve and exceed budgeted sales, profitability targets and KPI's across all event channels
  • Train, supervise, and collaborate with event staff to support event planning, merchandising, and execution
  • Serve as a KREWE Brand Ambassador, building and maintaining a strong external pipeline of clients and partners
  • Maintain visibility into all aspects of event operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Assist in developing creative and innovative event concepts and activations
  • Build long-term, value-driven customer relationships that support sustained sales growth
  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards at all times
