Luxury Events | Production, Florals, Design & Décor
South Florida / Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade Market
We are a fast-growing, established luxury event design & production company specializing in high-end weddings, social events, corporate experiences, florals, staging, and custom event design, located in West Palm Beach, FL
We are seeking a highly creative, client-facing, and experienced Event Designer, who can both design exceptional events and drive new business acquisition. This role is ideal for someone already established in the luxury wedding and event industry with existing planner, venue, or client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Creative & Design Leadership
  • Creative lead for luxury weddings, galas, social, and corporate events
  • Design florals, tablescapes, layouts, staging, lighting concepts, lounges, and décor installations
  • Build client presentations, mood boards, renderings, and proposal concepts
  • Collaborate with production, floral, and operations teams to execute events at the highest level
  • Attend site visits, production meetings, installations, zoom meeting, networking events, and event days as needed
Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Develop and maintain relationships with luxury planners, venues, hotels, and private clients
  • Generate and close new business opportunities
  • Attend various networking events throughout South Florida
  • Serve as lead creative during client consultations and pitches
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the South Florida luxury event market
  • Ideally bring an existing network/book of business or planner relationships
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years in luxury events, event design, wedding production, or hospitality sales
  • Strong understanding of luxury event aesthetics and execution
  • Existing relationships with planners, venues, hotels, or UHNW clientele preferred
  • Ability to both convey and creatively lead projects
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end weddings and events
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with proposal development, budgeting, and client management
  • Familiarity with South Florida luxury venues and planners is highly preferred
Bonus Qualifications
  • Design background
  • Experience working with luxury brands or celebrity clientele
  • Knowledge of event management software and basic Ai knowledge preferred
  • Social media presence or industry recognition
  • Existing planner and venue referral network
Compensation
