Graphic Designer (Grants Mill, Irondale Location)

Church of the Highlands has an immediate, full-time opening for a Graphic Designer in our Creative Department. This position will enhance the Church of the Highlands brand by creating print materials, promotional content, web graphics and other visuals for services, events and conferences. This role involves close collaboration with ministries, team members, and Creative Directors to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Task-oriented personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in monitoring and strengthening a brand.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Graphic design for Highlands services, promotions, conferences, and events.
  • Connect with print vendors on details of printing projects.
  • Stay current on creative industry updates and products.
  • Train and teach Highlands College Visual Arts major.
  • Participate in church-wide events.
